We are capable of producing Deep Draw Stampings from aluminum (1100, 3003, 5052), brass, steel (1008, 1010, 1050), stainless steel (302, 304, 305, 316, 430), pre-coated materials and precious metals. Starting raw material thicknesses can be from .005” to .080”.
Twinplex can offer our customers additional value added services to over see every aspect of your component part needs. Heat-treating and various other surface treatment processes are available such as cleaning, plating, deburring and packaging. Our goal is to provide you with a complete finished product eliminating your need to coordinate additional secondary services. We can ship in cartons, fiber barrels, or reusable containers that meet your needs.
